Beudmke WSDL AGV horizontal drive wheel, which is widely used in industry. It can be applied to AGV vehicles, electric stacker, tractors, or other industrial automatic navigation vehicles. Application scenarios can be warehouses logistics centers, automated flexible assembly lines etc., which can save a lot of manpower to move heavy objects.
1. Flange positioning, installation and fixation are used.
2. There is a protective coil to protect the outlet line, so that the cable will not be cut when turning and rotating.
3. The left and right limit sensors use mechanical type (normally open/normally closed), which can self-check whether the sensor is normal.
4. The walking reducer adopts planetary structure, and the 150 diameter steering wheel can be installed with a maximum of 1000W motor.
5. Brushless motor (generally equipped with a walking encoder) to monitor the speed.
6. The brake is a safety brake, and the power-off brake prevents vehicle from slipping.
